A sweet tradition
With over 170 cakes auctioned and with the help of over 85 volunteers, the Douglas Association for Retarded Citizens was able to raise $23,300 through the 49th Annual Mother’s Day Cake Auction, celebrated at the Gadsden Hotel’s Lobby on Sunday, May 13.
